The Gamma Lambda Financial Team is in the process of creating invoices to send to the Brotherhood. The traditional way of sending invoices is to send invoices by mail. The expenses associated with the mailing of invoices are postage costs, printing costs, and labor costs. The mailing of invoices is an expense to the Chapter that can be minimized or eliminated completely.
Your Chapter is working hard to reduce all expenses where possible and our Chapter’s President has challenged the Financial team to take costs out of the invoicing process. If you would like to help reduce Chapter related expenses by volunteering to receive your annual invoice electronically, please complete the survey below. You will be prompted to enter your name and preferred e-mail address after making a selection. The Financial team will maintain a list of individuals who have elected to receive their invoice electronically.
